BIO: IRS ASAC Ron Loecker

Ron Loecker is the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of IRS Criminal Investigation’s Tampa Field Office.  ASAC Loecker is responsible for overseeing the operations of the field office including seven Supervisory Special Agents, a Supervisory Investigative Analyst, and working groups in nine different offices covering all of central and northern Florida.  IRS CI’s Tampa Field Office maintains a diverse workload of criminal tax investigations stemming from both legally and illegally obtained income as well as money laundering investigations involving a wide variety of illegally obtained proceeds.  ASAC Loecker previously served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for IRS CI in Washington DC, where he worked directly with CI’s Executive Team on projects of national impact.  Prior to these assignments, ASAC Loecker was a Supervisory Special Agent in Las Vegas, and a case agent in Dallas, Denver, and the US Virgin Islands.
